For overseas guests, we recommend arriving at least one day before (Friday, 27th September 2024). We will also arrive in Nha Trang on Friday. We will organize a non-mandatory informal welcome dinner for any guests who are in Nha Trang on that Friday evening. Guests who live in Vietnam can arrive on the wedding day. If you decide to do so, please keep in mind that the ceremony starts at 4:00 pm so you can arrange your transportation/hotel check-in accordingly.

Vietnam has recently introduced a number of visa waiver programmes. However, please double check if you require a visa before you travel. You can obtain tourist visas before you travel to Vietnam - the process is relatively straightforward.

Mia is about a 20 minute car drive from the airport. The hotel can arrange a transfer for you (see our booking form). However, if you want to go by taxi, it would cost around VND300,000. We would recommend taking a Mai Linh (green) taxi.

It is mostly sunny at the end of September. However, there may be some light rain since it is the start of the rainy season. Hopefully not on the wedding day!

Yes, your children are welcome to join the fun. However please keep in mind that the hotel does not have any child-care service.
